Looping through excel to fill out form

I was wondering if there is any way that I can loop through various elements of an excel element to create various forms using a template I had previously made.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I understand your concern correctly, you want to create various forms based on the rows created in Microsoft Excel. If yes, then, unfortunately, it's not possible to do that. You can only create forms in your account based on the options below:
