How to cancel subscription through the mobile app?

I tried to downgrade from bronze to starter in desktop but it ducted me to do so on thy mobile android app. I cannot find any option in the app to do so.

Can you please downgrade my account to starter.

You can't cancel your subscription through the Jotform Mobile App or the Jotform Website. The cancellation can only be done via the Play Store linked to your account.
