Is it possible to print out a blank form?

I've created an online job application from a PDF master that we will post online. Is there a way to offer applicants the option to print out a blank paper application to fill out by hand if they would want to?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you add a Print Form button to your Submit button, then you'll be able to print forms. Let me show you how to do it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Submit button field.
2. Click on the Gear icon on the right side of the field to open the Properties window.
3. Under the Advanced tab, toggle the Print Button option to the On position.

Now you can print the full document using the Print button. Keep in mind that you can only use the Print Form button after the form is published. Then, you can print or save the document.

I have a button like this already at the end. But applicants have to fill in the form to get to that last page.

I'm wondering if there is a way to let an applicant print a blank application form to fill out with a pen, scan it, and email it back.

If your form doesn't have Required fields, then the user can print each page of your form using their browsers native print options. They'll need to go through all of the pages to print your form, if it has multiple pages. It's possible to print pages of a form, then let the user fill it out on the paper print out. They can also take a photo or scan the completed paper form, then attach it to an email to you. But, the submission won't be counted as theirs, unless they complete an online version of the form they've just filled out. There's no feature to scan a completed paper form and automatically fill out fields of an online form.
