Where is my completed form?

    I submitted a form to complete but I cannot download it. Where is it?

    Hi Amber,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. You can view your submissions on the Jotform Tables page in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

    • On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.

    • This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.

    You may also want to check out our guide about How to View Form Submissions. Additionally, I noticed that you recently downloaded your submissions. When you download a submission, it will create a zip file and will be sent to your email address. You will receive an email like in the screenshot below:

    Just click on Download Your PDFs to download the submissions. You can also check our guide on How to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF to learn more.
