Stripe: We collected a payment, but it is not showing up in any payment system.

    How do i see what is integrated here? we collected a fee but where did it go none of out payment systems show this payment.

    Hi Maggie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your Smile Club Membership Registration form, and you have added a Stripe payment element that was updated yesterday. Your payment via this form will be directly sent to your connected Stripe account. Did you check your Stripe Dashboard? It appears that you received a completed payment yesterday on your form and it should show up in your Stripe account.

    If you cannot locate the payment, you should share the Transaction ID with the Stripe support team, they can trace the payment.

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the View button that is shown when you mouse hover over any row.
    2. In the pop-up window on the right side of the screen, scroll down to see the Stripe Transaction ID.
