Form was disabled but still accessed

Our form 2024-25 School Supply Packs was disabled and yet a parent was able to access the form and process a payment. Now our accountant has to refund the amount. Please explain how a disabled form was able to be accessed past the disable date.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I opened your form, I saw your form is disabled now. Once the form is disabled, the form is not viewable or opened by fillers. May I know when you disabled the form or when you last modified the form?
