Some registrations have missed the PayPal payment through our registration form

We have had a few registrations be able to gte through without paying through paypal. This should not be happening, can see a problem on your end? Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you send me the link to your form, so I can take a look at it for you? Also, please do let us know the affected submission IDs, so I can check it from our end.
