Remove my email address from the bounce list.

Please remove activervupholstery@gmail.com from the bounce list  my submissions go to this email on a daily

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking, I was able to confirm that it is on the Bounce List. The bounce list is a list to which an email address is added when an email can't be delivered. It could be due to a non-existent/inactive email address, your mail server being unavailable, your email server having rejected the emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox being full or Jotform being on your blacklist.

To avoid this issue, here is a guide on how to prevent email bouncing. You could also whitelist our IP addresses to avoid emails being blocked due to any security filter, this guide will help you with that. I have removed the email address from the bounce list.
