Smart PDF: Disconnect the Original PDF from the online form.

Hello,

This form uses a user-supplied PDF and I would like to disconnect the smart PDF and just use the standard Jotform option. Is there any easy way to do this without creating a new form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. In the form settings, you can disconnect your original PDF from your online form. Let me show you how:

1. In Smart PDF Forms, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu that comes up, disable the Original PDF connection to your Online Form option.
