How to Download Submissions in PDF Format?

Hello, I would like to retrieve the 16900 submissions in pdf format of my gaston think prevention form.

That they are my possibilities to do it in one go?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can download your data from Jotform Tables in CSV, Excel, or PDF format. Let me show you how:

• On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.

• Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
• Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.

the proposed solution does not work, the PDF download is greyed out. So no possibility to use it. There are 12500 documents to extract and I really need to recover them all. Can you give me a solution that works? Thank you in advance.

You can download your PDF documents in bulk, you can use the Jotform PDF Editor as shown on the steps and screencast below:

• On the My Forms page, select the form and hover your mouse to the left side and click on More.
• Select the "Open PDF Editor" option.
• On the PDF Editor, click the Download All button.

Please keep in mind that when you click the Download All button, the system will create a zip file and send you a download link via email. The email's ETA is determined by the number of submissions and the size of the files attached to them. And you'll receive email like below in my screenshot:

Bonjour, le contenu des fichiers est très volumineux, je ne pense pas que même dans un fichier ZIP je puisse recevoir un volume aussi important sur ma boîte mail (email). Est-il possible de créer de plus petits groupes de fichiers PDF ?

• Check the submissions you want to download.
• Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
• Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
