Jotform Canva Issues

    Hello,

I created a form on Jotform to embed on a one page Canva website. The nature of the form requires it to be a bit longer due to questions asked. The problem is that Canva's one page websites are editable only in card section format, where each section is one card. The problem is that when the form is embedded it is too long for the card, and cuts off the form. The form does not automatically scroll to the page underneath it, it just cuts off. Since the questions on the form are all necessary I cannot shorten the form. I am asking to see if there is a workaround regarding this, and come up with the following workarounds but it seems like none of them will work:

Workaround 1: See if Jotform can host a form independently where users on my site click a link and then get redirected to the jotform website to fill out my form. Not available.

Workaround 2: Try the card style form Jotform offers. Will not work because it only asks one question. I have a series of questions. Also, the bottom of each question is in a bright lime green color which completely clashes with the branding color palette of my website, so it won't work.

Work around 3: See if Jotform offers a carousel type of form, where 1-2 questions can be placed on a card, with a next arrow to get to the next question for each question until the form is complete with a submission button at the end. No option. The only option is the card option which has the bright lime green bar at the bottom of the question.

Can you please help me with a workaround?

    Thanks.

    Tina

    Hi Tina,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. If I correctly understood your request, it may be possible to solve your issue by editing the source code used to embed the form on your Canva to display it in full size. Can you send us the URL where the form is embedded and the embed code used?

Also, the Card Layout is made to show only 1 question per page. If you want, you can create multiple pages on your Classic Layout form, to shorten the height of the form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element.Jotform Canva Issues Image 1 Screenshot 40
    2. Scroll down and insert a Page Break.Jotform Canva Issues Image 2 Screenshot 51

Now, your form is divided into multiple pages, each one containing the number of questions you want. Jotform Canva Issues Image 3 Screenshot 62

As a result, the height of the form is decreased and should fit on your Canva. To see if it's possible to make it fit on your Canva, we need to check the embed code used and the web page where it's embedded. It might be needed to edit the embed code.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks. That worked regarding page breaks.

Is there anyway to get the third-party Jotform branding off the form? Is there a subscription that can do so? I am an independent professional. Thanks.
