1. In Form Builder, go to the Settings from the top navigation bar.
2. Select Integrations from the left panel.
3. Search for and click Microsoft Power Automate.
4. Next, click Visit Microsoft Power Automate
5. Proceed with setting up the flow on your Microsoft Power Automate account.
