Downgrade account back to Starter plan

I no longer want bronze and would like to downgrade to basic. Please.

I tried to cancel it said my password was incorrect although I know it wasn’t cause I wrote it down. But I changed my password anyway and it’s still telling me password is wrong.

Please don’t tell me to do it and please do it for me.

Are you trying to reset your Jotform password? Is it asking you to reset your Jotform account's password when processing the cancellation of your subscription inside your Apple account?

Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel subscriptions paid through Apple. You may also refer to our Terms of Use indicating this. This guide from Apple will show you how to cancel your subscription through an IOS device.
