How to retrieve the data entered into a form that got disrupted due to internet issues?

Just before I submitted the completed form, the form disappeared because of interruption of the internet. How do I get the completed forms.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you are filling out a form created by another Jotform user, and the form disappears, and you are not able to click on the Submit or Save button, most likely the data you entered in the form are lost as the form refreshes.

If this is the case, you will need to re-submit the form and make sure that you click on the Submit button, and see the Thank You page.

If the form was not saved or submitted, the data entered is considered lost. When this happens, I suggest submitting the form again after filling in the fields.
