How to add a comment on the signed field

Kindly advise when a form is reassigned for signature if the signatory can write a comment on the form before signing.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. You can easily add comments to your submissions in Jotform Inbox. You'll be able to see the comments at the bottom of the submissions page. Let me show you how to set it up: 

1. On your My Forms page, select your form and click on Inbox on the right side of the page.
2. On the Inbox page, click on the Comment button on the top-right side of the page.
3. Type your comments in the pop-up that opens at the bottom of the page, and click on the Comment button under the comment field.

You'll be able to see the comments that you added at the bottom of the page:
