The following form -> https://form.jotform.com/231937102747053 is embedded on almost all of the pages of my web site > http://cincinnati-drone.com.

It has been embedded there for several years with no issue.

All of the sudden there is a small horizontal area added to the top of the form with a pigs face icon and the bottom of the form containing the submit button is cut off.

This is happening to on every page where this form is embedded.

    What's going on?

    Help.

    Thanks

    Hi ronshuller,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The section of the avatar image you're getting appears when the owner of the form embedded to the website was logged in on the same browser. Try logging out your Jotform account, and that should remove it. There's also no need to worry about it. Your website visitors will not be getting that part of the form, as long as they are not logged in with Jotform.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
