Full document not displaying in test email

    Full document not displaying in test email. Doesn’t display anything beyond player 12 details.

    Hi Sharieka,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your account, I saw that there were multiple forms created from it. To better assist you can you please share with us the link to the form you're referring to so that we can assist you better and respond accordingly? Let me show you how to get the form link:

    • In Form Builder, click Publish on the orange bar located at the top.
    • Under the Quick Share tab on the left panel, click on the Copy Link button.

    It would also help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
