    Hi Eduardo,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support.  By default, the form can be shared without asking your users to create their own accounts. To make sure that your users won't be prompted to create their own account. Simply share the Form URL (with the Public access setting) on your preferred communication channel. You can also send your forms directly via email (with the Public access setting). Let me show you how to share it via email:

    1. In the Form Builder on the orange navigation bar, click on Publish.

    2. Go to Email Option on the left-hand side of the page.

    3. Select Share on Email.

    4. Set the Email Subject and Email Content on the next page.

    5. Go to the Recipients tab and enter the email addresses to where the form is heading.

    6. Click Send afterward.

Most of the time, users are asked to sign in to their Jotform account to fill out the form if the Form is Private. If you have also used the invite but email option, which would have the form assigned to your users.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thank you for your assistance. We will be sure to follow these steps.
Will these steps help prevent “phishing” alerts?
I ask is because a few weeks ago our account with JotForm had an issue due to a Phishing alert. The escalations team at JotForm was able to resolve the issue for us, thankfully. And, now I want to be sure we are taking the necessary steps and precautions to help avoid having another issue.
Please let me know. Thank you.

    Hi Eduardo,

Please note that your account will only be tagged as Phishing once our system detects that you are collecting usernames and/or passwords through forms, which is a violation of our Terms of Use.

You can read our guide on the Terms of Use to avoid being tagged by our system.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you for responding so quickly. We do not, and have not, and will not collect usernames or passwords in our forms. With the forms, we collect name, home address, contact information and we integrate Stripe in the form to collect payment to enable our customers to order a roof inspection from us. We are a licensed roofing contractor.
We create the forms and share the links with business partners such as insurance brokers. Our business partners emIl the JotForm link to their customers when a roof inspection is needed.
Do you see any problem with this use of the JotForms we create for our partners and customers?

    Hi Eduardo,

As long as the forms do not violate our Terms of Use, your account should not be suspended. In addition, you can also share details that can verify the legitimacy of your account, like a link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
