PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE ASAP AS WE HAVE MULTIPLE FORMS THAT NEED TO BE DOWNLOADED AND HAVING LOTS OF ISSUES WITH IT.

Hi drug_artisan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me show you how to download your forms:
- Log in to your account, at the upper right of the page click your profile icon and then select settings.
- Click Data on the left panel.
- Under Your Data, click on Download my Data.
- Under Export Data, click on Create New Export.
- On the next page, select a time frame.
- Then select Forms to download your forms
- Finally, click on Prepare Download.
You will get the following screen after and you will receive an email once the export is ready. The time it takes will depend on the total size of your data.
