Hi there
I want to find out how to free up some upload space
My upload limit of 100MB has been reached now and since I don't use Jotform much I can't really justify investing in an upgraded package for now
I have deleted most of the form submissions, however I can't see any freed up space... is there anything else I can do other than delete some of the forms?
thanks in advance
Naomi

Hi Naomi,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked your account and your upload consumption is currently 111.06 MB / 100.00 MB. You can clear out your upload space by deleting and purging the submissions.
You mentioned you have already deleted most of the submissions. Make sure to also purge it. Deleted submissions are in the trash for 30 days so purging will forcefully delete them and free up space. Here's how to do it:
1. On the My Forms page, click on the form with submissions you want to delete.
2. Click on Submissions.
3. Select the submission that you want to delete.
4. Click on Delete.
5. Click on Move to Trash.
6. Click the main tab’s vertical ellipsis icon.
7. Click on Trashed entries.
8. A pop-up panel will appear on the right side of the screen. Click on Select All.
9. Click on Delete Forever.
10. Lastly, click on Delete to purge the selected entries.
You can check your limits by going to the Account's Usage page. We also have a guide on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
