I will need some help with Conditions on my form please. NFA Application. page 8-9-10 condition goes to a blank page when answered yes.  It should point to page 11 when answer is yes

    Hi bill_maddox,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I cloned your form and I was able to reproduce the issue with the blank page when I answered "Yes" to the question on Page 8. I see that there are several Hide/Skip to Page conditions on your form that have an error due to deleted fields linked to them. Here's a screenshot of the conditional logic page of the form:

Can you please try to update the conditions and add the missing part? Once you completed the missing part of the condition but the issue persists, please get back to us and we'll further investigate the cause of the issue.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

I can try it but this was my first time using the editor. I am working with Bill Maddox now and he is unavailable. I doubt he created these conditions.

    Hi bill_maddox,

While Bill isn't available now, we'll do our best to help you set up conditions that would skip to page 11 if certain conditions are met. But we first need to clarify which question(s) should contain the answer 'Yes' to have it skipped to page 11? Also, if the selected answer is 'No', does it need to skip a certain page, too? Lastly, it would help us to understand which fields you're referring to if you could take a screenshot of them, and send them to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
