Account: How to view the email history?

Hi there,

We have lost some of the Jotform notification emails from June 14th to June 16th. Could we please have all the emails in this time frame re-sent to us.

Hi Rob,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the notification emails from form 231244144025241? If so, you will need to log in to the account with the email address k*****nk*****r@lin********tian.org, so you can view the Email History. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar and click on Settings.

1. In the list that pops up, scroll down and click on History.
2. In the All Actions dropdown menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Emails.
3. Click on the New Window icon on the left side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.
