How to get email updates regarding a form and view its responses?

My manager added me as an approver on the form she sent out recently. I am showing up as an approver still. Yet, I am not receiving email updates regarding the form nor am I able to even access the form when she shares responses with me by forwarding email. It still says my account does not have permission.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Being an Approver does not automatically allow you to view submissions or get email notifications about submissions. You will need to ask the owner of the form to set you as a Recipient Email for the email notifications. Then, also ask them to share the submissions table to you as a Collaborator. Here's a guide on how they can share the form's submissions table with you.
