    Hello,

I had a PDF uploaded and creates a from to fill it, now i needed to add some fields and produced a new PDF, there is a way to upload the new PDF so i use it as a base for my form already created? Im asking cause there a few fields and a lot of users in my actual form and if possible a would prefer not to have to recreate it.

by the way, support on last questions was awesome, thanks alot.

    Hi MRcomercial,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can upload a new PDF to an existing Smart PDF Form. This will replace the current PDF linked in your online form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Smart PDF Forms, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Upload.
    2. Click Update PDF.
    3. In the window that appears, select Re-Upload PDF.

Then, map the fields on your online form to your new PDF document. To learn more, see How to Link Your Online Form Fields with PDF Through Smart PDF Forms guide.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
