I would like to use Jotform to allow my customers to upload .wav files on my website. I just signed up for the free jotform account to see how it works and noticed that .wav files are not allowed. I tried to upload a .wav file and got the following message

Only pdf, doc, docx, xls, csv, txt, rtf, html, zip, mp3, wma, mpg, flv, avi, jpg, jpeg, png, gif are allowed.

If I upgrade my account will Jotform allow my customers to upload .wav files?

    Hi Dallos,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your form, I saw that the File Types is not set up correctly. If you want to allow the user to upload the WAV field, I would suggest putting only an asterisk * in the File type. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the File Upload element, and click on the Gear icon.
    2. Then, go to the Options tab, and replace the File Types with an asterisk (*).

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
