Input Table: Calculation values from two columns.

I would like to add a value to each item so that if the radial dial is selected it is multiplied by the total count and then the overall total is added and provided as total income.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and saw that you've correctly set up the Calculation Values for this Input Table. Let me show you how to set up the Form Calculation widget to achieve what you want to do on your form:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Calculation widget, and click on the wand icon to open Widget Settings.
2. In the Widget Settings panel, set the calculation as shown in the screenshot below:
3. Click on Save.
