Hello,
Is there a way to set up a notification when an integration doesn't go through. I have a few Monday.com submission that had errors and I would like to receive a notification when/if this happens.

Hi delucagroupteam,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, there's no option to setup a notification email when the Monday.com integration fails. However, you can check the integration's action logs for any failed entry. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Integrations on the left side of the page.
- Click on Monday.com.
- Click on the Three Dots icon.
- Select See Action Logs from the options.
- You'll see all the successful and failed entries in the logs:
