unsuccesfull stripe connection to jotform

Hello,

I have a form created that was connected to Stripe and working successfully. However, when making changes and trying to switch to another payment gateway via Stripe Checkout, I am having trouble reconnecting to Stripe. Please help. We have cleared the form cache as well as my browser cache history, trying to connect in test mode, AND trying to using Safari rather than Chrome, but it still will not connect with Stripe. Finally, we tried cloning the form and connecting in the new form, but again... NOT working. Please advise. See form url below...

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Can you please provide a screenshot of the error that you are getting so that I can provide the best solution? This guide will show you how to do that.

Ok, I was finally able to reconnect Stripe Checkout, but when I attempt a submission it is showing me this error... Please advise.

I cleared your form's cache which should help. Can you try it again using a different browser and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, ensure that the value on the Payee Contact Email field is in the correct format. You may consider unhiding it also for testing purposes.
