Can I send a form directly from JotForm so that I appear anonymous?

Hello, I was about to send a feedback form to clients, however via email, it then comes directly from me, which may scare clients away from providing honest feedback if they think it is going to me directly (which it is).

To help with client comfort, is it possible to send a form directly from JotForm where it appears to come from a customer support type team?

    Thanks for any input.

    Sheryl

    Hi Sheryl,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the Share to Email feature to customize the email content that is going to be sent to your clients. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Form Builder, go to Publish at the top.
    2. Select Email on the left panel.
    3. Then, select Share on Email.

    5. After doing those, go to the Recipients tab.
    6. You can remove your username or your name from the Sender name to appear anonymous.
    7. Lastly, enter the email addresses of your clients and click on Send.
