How to restore deleted form from trash folder.

    I have created a fillable pdf and shared the link. when I share it, not only is half of what is in the waiver cut out but it also requires people to login to jotform even though its a public link. I need this form asap! Please advise.

    Hi Edward,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked the Form Link you have provided and it was on your Trash folder also named PDF form. You can restore the deleted form by accessing the trash folder in your account. Within 30 days from the date you delete the form, you can recover it. After 30 days, it gets automatically purged, and we can't restore it. Let me show you how you can access the trash folder in your account:

    • Go to My Forms Page, where you see Create Forms in the orange color.
    • Scroll all the way down from the left side of the panel.
    • Click on the Trash icon.
    • Just select the form and click on Restore.
