The form is crashing whenever I'm choosing a particular dropdown menu

Hey,
The form crashes whenever I choose a particular dropdown menu. This has been happening since last week. I've tried every troubleshooting method possible. (Cleared cache, deleted cookies, restarted Chrome, updated Chrome, restarted tab, restarted my laptop, etc.) Please help me with this issue as this is hindering my productivity at work a lot. PFA the screenshots of my issue. I choose collegiate, then when I choose School, the form crashes.

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Thanks for getting back to us. For us to investigate where the issue lies, we need you to do some troubleshooting on your device and form to isolate the issue.

• Please try logging out of your account and clearing your browser's cache and cookies and logging back into your account on a new browser session and try checking your forms.
• Please try clearing your account's form cache, Let me show you how:

Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon.

2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
