Need to replicate the same setup of the previous form as well as the conditional logic setup

    Hi!

Back in late April/early May, I created a form called Order Form or Cake Order Form. I had a lot of work put into it, with conditional logic so if someone selected that if they wanted a cake, it took them to the cake flavors sections and not the cookie flavors section, etc. If they wanted their cake delivered, it brought them to a section that asked for the delivery address, who would be there to receive the delivery, etc. I logged in late last week and couldn't find any of that form left. Possibly even more upsetting, I couldn't even recreate it because the simple way that I was able to apply conditional logic before doesn't appear to be an option anymore. (It used to be that on multiple-choice questions, and possibly also single-choice questions, I could add logic that dictated what section to go to next if a particular answer was selected. It even showed it off to the right of each option, so I could see what answer led to what section.) It appears that that's not even possible anymore, and I'm very disappointed and frustrated. Is there any way to recover that form, or at least restore those features?

    Hi Deborah,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to this Cake Order Form? If so, you can still enable it through the settings section of your form. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In the Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Go to Form Settings in the upper left corner.
    3. Click the Enable button right at the bottom of the Settings.Need to replicate the same setup of the previous form as well as the conditional logic setup Image 1 Screenshot 20

If all the Conditional Logic setup was gone after enabling the form, let us know the exact workaround of your form so we can help you set it up again.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi!
No, this is the recent version that I just started working on again, not
the original one I created. The one I made originally had tons of
conditional logic, and directed the customer to the next appropriate
section based on their answers. I created sections for ordering a birthday
cake, wedding cake, etc, and then within that they could choose if they
were interested in cake, cookies, brownies, etc. Based on those answers, it
asked about flavors, inclusions, etc. I spent many hours making sure
everything had the correct connections, that the options once you got there
were correct, and that the form felt cohesive regardless of what path you
followed. It was practically a choose-your-own-adventure kind of thing, to
highly personalize each customer's experience so they weren't answering
useless questions but we still got all the information we needed. I looked
through my access history and couldn't even find the form-or the version I
originally made-there. I can put the time in again, but the features I used
to create it in the first place aren't accessible to me. I haven't changed
membership level or anything, so I'm really confused about how it all seems
    to have vanished.

    Hi Deborah,

I checked your account and I did not find the form in your Archive or Trash folder. By any chance, do you remember deleting the form? I checked your account's activity logs and I see that you deleted forms in March 2024. If the form is deleted beyond 30 days, it is already purged. Which means you'll need to create it again.

However, if it's not the form, it's possible that you created it from another account. Do you have another email address? If so, can you share it so we can find a Jotform account using it?

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

I suppose it is possible that I deleted that form, but I'm pretty sure I
deleted other forms to make space for the one I planned to create. (My
account is limited to 5 forms.) I checked my other account and sadly it
    wasn't there, either.
I can't find out how to access the same conditional logic rules for the
life of me, so if I'm just missing it and you can point me in the right
direction, that would be great. It was something I added while I was
editing the form, not the same thing that's now in the Settings for the
    form. Thanks!
