Collect Payment Information

Is there an encrypted payment form/widget we can add for our jotform? a safe way our form users and send us their payment information?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. All of our payment form integrations are secured. Jotform uses safe and secure payment gateways. Payment data is not stored on our servers and is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption when submitted to the payment gateway services. Additionally, we are PCI DSS compliant. About your question about the payment widget, we have a list of payment gateway options that you can check on this link. We also have a guide about Jotform Security Features that you can check out.

Sorry i should have explained better. We have our own payment gateway that is not on your list, but would like our form users to be able to send us their payment info securely for us to manually process. is this possible?

In line with our PCI certification, we have to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms. But, we have other PCI-compliant ways you can do this. All you need to do is choose one of the payment processors available on our platform and integrate it into your form. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly, though. If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of our Payment Authorization feature.
