    Hi stphypv,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've cloned your form and tested it, but I was not able to replicate the issue. The Notification Email is working as expected. Check out the screenshot of my results:

    I've also checked the email address in our logs and I can see that emails are being sent out to this email address. It will be a good idea to add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com  to your contacts lists. Additionally, it would be a good idea to whitelist Jotform IP and domain with the your email provider incase they are blocking the email. If the issue persists you can consider using your email address as SMTP to send the emails.
