Hi Bri,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you take a screenshot of what's happening and share it with our Support Forum so that I can have a better idea of what's going on and help you with this? This guide will show you how to do that.
After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi Bri,
I checked your screenshot and found that you are trying to edit a signed document. Unfortunately, once a document has been signed, it cannot be edited. This means that if you receive a submission with a signed document, no changes can be made to it. Even if you disable the Jotform Sign Automation, any submissions already received with signed documents remain uneditable.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
