What happens to forms when the total submission reached and how to download signed document?

    Hello!

    What happens to forms with the starter package after you hit 500 submissions? Is there a way to download the signed documents to keep for our records?

    Hi Corrie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. In Starter Plan Account you can collect 100 submissions per month for all your forms and a Total of 500 submissions for the account. When you reach the 500 Total Submission Limit your forms will be disabled However, you can delete old submissions to free up the space for new submissions.

    You can download the Signed Documents to avoid losing data. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to your My Forms.
    2. Click the Dropdown Arrow beside My Forms and select Signed Documents.
    3. Select the Form Title and hover over your mouse to the Signed Inbox button.
    4. On the above navigation bar, click Completed.
    5. Then, on the left side menu select the form, hover your mouse to the upper right side of the panel, and click Download.
    6. Select Signed Document or Signed Document with Audit Trails.
