Image Picker widget: Add a link on text as popup or modal in the image

Hi, I have a form where I am using an image picker with text. I would like to be able to add a link for more information on the text, that has a popup or modal displaying the additional information. Is that possible?

Unfortunately, after multiple tests, it is not possible to add a hypertext/hyperlink as a popup or modal to display additional information in the Image Picker widget. I also tried utilizing the image label in the widget as a hyperlink but received the same results. 

We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
