    Hello please see above! My reports are not loading I am unsure what is going on?

    Hi bcihealth,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested, and it looks like everything is working fine on my end. We also don't have an ongoing server issue that could affect the Reports page to load. Check out the screencast below for my result:

    If you haven't, can you try clearing the cached files and cookies of the browser you're using and see how it goes? Also, could you try using a different internet source and see if the issue persists?

    Hello I have tried a different internet, chrome, nothing is working, I have also reset my cached filesReports page not loading Screenshot 20

    I tried Chrome and I am still seeing this issue

    Hi bcihealth,

    I checked for issues with Jotform Reports, but we didn't receive any reports. I cleared your form's cache for extra measure. Can you try logging out and logging in? If the issue persists, can you share the console logs of your browser? You can refer to this guide on how to do get the console logs.
