Appointment: Prevent double-bookings

First, I really enjoy using Jotform. Most of the functionality is great! However, I don't know how you can be truly useful when I notice several questions regarding double-booking prevention (some years old, some months old) and there still isn't a way to prevent this from happening. Is your team any closer to finding a way to solve this problem?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the Appointment element to schedule an appointments? If so, you can set it to allow only 1 person to book a slot by setting the Appointment Type to One-on-one. Here's how to do it:

• Add an Appointment element.
• Click on the gear icon to open up the Properties panel on the right.
• Under the Advance tab, select the One-on-one option as the Appointment Type.
