Account Usage: Total Submissions and Upload Space limit reached

    However, we have deleted all data and submissions. Can you let me know if there is additional data or submissions I am not seeing that I need to delete? Thank you kindly for your help, Caron

    Hi dibpensacola,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and recalculated your Upload Space and Total Submissions. Now, your current Upload Space is 0.00 MB used out of 100.00 MB and your Total submissions is 0 used out of 500.

    Can you try to log back in to your account and check if you'll still see the warning message?

    Thanks so much! We generally upgrade each year when we do a big promo so we'll be doing another upgrade in November. This clears things out for a little mini (one-day) promo we are doing this week.
