    Hello Paul,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you just want your respondents to fill out your form without having to log in, sign up, or request access to fill out your form, you could change your form access settings from private to public. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Quick Share.
    • Then, click the Gear icon to open the Access Settings.
    • Lastly, change the form from Private to Public.

Once set to Public, you may share the direct form URL via your email address as assigning the forms would make people sign up/log into their Jotform account.

    • In the navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
    • In the list that appears, click on Quick Share.
    • Copy the link to share it manually.

You can also limit access to your company's email domain so that only your employees can complete it. The form cannot be viewed or completed by someone without an email address from the domain you have chosen. You could grant them access requests. Let me show you how to set it up:

    • In the navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
    • In the list that appears, click on Quick Share.
    • Add your organization's email domain
