Hi Neasa,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The feature you are looking for is not currently available. When you submit data for a multiple-choice question, all of the answers will be displayed in one column in the table. To display each option in a separate column, you should create a separate multiple-choice question for each option. For example, if you have 7 options, you should create 7 separate multiple-choice questions, one for each option. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Add a Multiple-choice element to show your product.
- Click on the gear icon and then under the Options tab, add only one option under Options.
- You should repeat these steps for each option, and the data will be captured in a separate column.
If you want to show all the options together, we can help you with the custom CSS code. You can modify your form by adding the separate multiple-choice elements and let us know, we will provide the CSS code.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
