Stripe invalid API?

    I am trying to verify my bank account by typing in the amounts that were deposited into my bank but I keep getting an error message after I hit verify. The amounts were 8 and ten cents.

    Hi Tara,

    I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    As you can see, the form is working as expected. Take note that the issue in your screenshot usually happens if the integration wasn't added properly. The best way to fix it is by removing and re-adding the Stripe ACH Manual payment integration widget, but this could only be done by the form owner. Reach out to the form owner and ask them to remove and re-add their payment integration widget to fix the issue.

    Hi Tara,

    That error message means that the API key entered is possibly incorrect. Please check your Stripe account and make sure that you have the correct API Key. Please review our guide on How to Integrate Stripe ACH With Jotform to check if you might have missed any steps in the process.
