I talked to Jovanne during live chat and had my issue resolved, however it looks like someone went in and altered my account.
This issue needs to be fixed immediately.
My submissions were showing 0/10,000 and now they are showing 10,001/10,000.
Whoever has altered my account needs to fix it, thank you

Hi memphiseleganceawards,
The Submission Limit is still Overlimit because the reset day is the first day of each month. So, even if you delete all of the submissions it will not clear out/reset the current count. The monthly count is only reset on the reset day specified on the account.
