    Hi Peter,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named JPTech24 - New Student Enrollment that’s breaking our Terms of Use by collecting login credentials.

    My Account is suspended again,  please check Image 1 Screenshot 20

    I've deleted the offending fields and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now.
