KYC Process No ID?

    I have to go through the KYC Process since my form requests personal identifiable information, but I do not have my ID. I lost my wallet about a week ago and have not received my new ID yet. Is there another way for me to get approval so my forms can go back online?

    Can you share why you're trying to fill out the KYC form? Did you receive an email requesting you to do so? Your account is currently active, so the relevant team would just like to verify.
