Submission draft missing, appraisal saved file

hi,

I have completed an appraisal file and saved it months ago. I can recollect I was able to go back to it and visualize it. I do not remember why it never got translated into an appointment to have the appraisals completed. Now I was looking for it , to be able to complete the process and have the appraisal fully finalised ( I work for CAMHS professionals), but when I use the link I was sent at the time, it tells me the file is no more available.

Might you have it accessible in your archives? it required me a good 3 or 4 hours of work to complete it and I'd have to restart from scratch if it is lost. If there was I possibility for you to recover that file I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the links to uncompleted forms are available only for 60 days after the date of the first saved draft. After this period, the draft is deleted and we have no way to retrieve it.

If needed, you can provide us with the name of the form for which you saved a draft before submitting, we should be able to tell you the URL of the form.
