    Hello

    I am the co-owner of a company and we have an account with you. Our operations manager is no longer with the company and we can no longer sign in as we are unaware of his credentials.

    Can you kindly advise how I switch this to me so we can add and adjust forms? I cannot find a telephone number or email for support.

    4. Type of card (visa, Amex, etc.):
    5. Date of transaction:

    As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

    Am I expected to provide it so that the public can see our information such as card details or can I email this.

    Hi Jason,

    I recommend you create a Jotform account and submit a support ticket under that account, make sure that the ticket is set to private. When the ticket is set to private, only you and Jotform support team can access the details on that ticket.
