Jotform Mobile App: Unable to retrieve forms after reinstalling the App

    I had to recently reinstall the App since my phone had to be resetted. I am not able to see my scanned documents.

    I would appreciate any help. Thank you!

    Hello Frank,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to your Jotform Mobile App? If so, ensure that you are logged into the correct Jotform account from which you created your forms. 

    Unfortunately, I was unable to find any Jotform account linked to your email address, fr*nk_na*a*e@ya*oo.com. If you were unable to retrieve the forms after logging in to the correct account, try logging in to your Jotform account using the browser on your mobile device or computer so that we can determine where the issue is coming from.
