Based on the feedback provided from your tech support, request you to transfer the form from this account to VidyaBhat (Bronze account) . Pl see the email below. Hope this can be done asap

Answered by Richie_PUnfortunately, we do not have phone support. However, we would gladly assist you at this thread.
It seems you have upgraded your subscription VidyaBhat to Bronze Plan. However, the form https://www.jotform.com/61654125661151 is under the account vsg and it is over the limits.
You can login to the vsg account and request to transfer the form to yourVidyaBhat account.
When your form is transferred, the limits should be lifted.

We would need to the request to originate form the account that has the form. Your last post came from the VidyaBhat account. If you wouldn't mind making the same request from your vsg account, we can move the form for you. Alternately you could move it yourself using the steps in part 2 of the following guide:

pl see the screen shot below. we have been using this since oct 2016.
if you see 2 accounts for venturesoftglobal one under vsg and the other
under vidya bhat, request you to cancel the vidya bhat and just provide
bronze access to vsg

Sorry, we can't transfer subscriptions to another account.
The vsg account's subscription has already expired. This account is now on the free plan.
Unfortunately, we can only cancel and refund the subscription of the account VidyaBhat. We can't transfer it to vsg account. This requires resubscription.
So to rectify this, you have to login to vsg account and upgrade it to Bronze.
Please confirm if you want us to cancel the subscription of the account VidyaBhat.
We'll wait for your reply.

when i check vsg account it shows the current plan as bronze versus you are
saying its on free.
pl check from your end, i authorize you to upgrade it to bronze ( yearly
billing)
pl get this taken care of asap, its causing lot of inconvenience to us.

I am fairly certain you are still logged in to the VidyaBhat account when checking the subscription as the vsg account is currently a Free account. We can indeed cancel and refund the subscription but as we have done so once already quite recently, I want to make sure that you will be upgrading the correct account this time. Just to confirm, we will cancel and refund the subscription for your VidyaBhat user account and then you will upgrade your vsg account? Is that correct? Let us know and we will go ahead with the refund.
To ensure you are upgrading the correct account, log out of your current account, clear your cache/cookies or open a private/incognito window, then log in to your vsg account using the username vsg or the email address vsg@acctdept.com.
